What we offer

Embracing Events provides photo booth rental services for weddings, birthdays, corporate events, and other special occasions. Bookings can be made through our website, by phone, or via email. All bookings are subject to availability and written confirmation.

Bookings & Payments

  • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date.

  • The remaining balance must be paid in full by the due date outlined in your invoice or service agreement.

  • Cancellation and refund terms will be provided during the booking process. Late payments may result in cancellation or service delays.

Communications & Opt-In Consent

By submitting your contact information, you agree to receive event-related and promotional communications via SMS and/or email.

Opt-In Disclosure:
By submitting a booking or inquiry form, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing and personalized messages (e.g., booking reminders, service updates) from Embracing Events at the number provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Msg frequency may vary. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help and STOP to cancel.

Opt-Out Instructions

  • SMS: Reply “STOP” to unsubscribe. Reply “HELP” for support.

  • Email: Click the “unsubscribe” link at the bottom of any message.
